Fed-up fans of Bundesliga strugglers Stuttgart protested outside the Mercedes-Benz Arena following Sunday’s 5-3 loss to Bayern Munich.
Driven to despair by their club’s worst-ever start to a league season, fans demonstrated outside Stuttgart’s home ground calling on the club’s board to resign.
Club president Erwin Staudt attempted to address the angry crowd with a loudspeaker but was unable to defuse the situation.
The supporters are also believed to be upset with the sacking of manager Jens Keller and the appointment of Bruno Labbadia.
Labbadia is the third manager to take the reins at Stuttgart this season after Christian Gross made way for Keller in October.
Stuttgart are second-bottom on the Bundesliga table with just 12 points from 17 matches.
