“He has two years left at Barcelona. This year in England hasn’t been his best. He’s played little and hasn’t been able to find a rhythm.
“At the moment, he’s injured. He has muscle fatigue and an injury. We’re awaiting the results from the exams.”
Those are the words of Denis Suarez’s agent Felix Guende, who has made it known that the midfielder will likely be moving onto pastures new once his loan spell with Arsenal comes to an end. The Spaniard, who has one international cap for Spain under his belt, made the loan switch to the Emirates earlier this year. As Guende noted it hasn’t been the smoothest of transitions over to English football, but even so, there’s potential there.
His agent also noted that there’s a chance he could wind up moving to Napoli next season, which would serve as his first venture into Italian football after spending the majority of his years in his homeland of Spain.
