Suarez rules out January move to Chelsea

Ajax striker Luis Suarez insists he will not be joining Chelsea in the January transfer window.

The 22-year-old Uruguayan forward is keen on staying at Ajax at least until the end of the season.

Suarez has been linked with a move to Premier League leaders Chelsea.

He told Eredivisie Live: “I don’t know where the Chelsea rumours originated from. I’ve told everyone here at Ajax that I want to stay.

“I want to stay because I start every game, and thus I’ll go to the World Cup. I’ll definitely be here until June.”
