Suarez to Juventus still possible?

According to a recent report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Luis Suarez’s proposed move from Barcelona to Juventus could still be on the cards.

This transfer has been in the works for quite some time now but in the last few days, it’s seemed as if things have hit a bit of a stumbling block. The Uruguayan international looks set to leave the Nou Camp before the transfer window closes but at this moment in time, Juve are looking at quite a few strikers.

He may no longer be in the prime of his career but Suarez is still a lethal striker when he’s performing at the best of his abilities, and Juventus can clearly recognise the impact he would have alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.

There’s a whole lot of change on the cards for Barcelona fans to contend with in the next few weeks and months, and Ronald Koeman will be the one leading the charge.
