Barcelona midfielder Seydou Keita has warned that not every match will be as easy as his side’s 5-0 La Liga win over Mallorca on Saturday.
The reigning European and Spanish champions rediscovered their goalscoring form in the romp, in which Lionel Messi scored a hat-trick.
But ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League Group H clash with Czech club Viktoria Plzen, Keita said topping the group was all that mattered – not the amount of goals in a win.
“We will go there to win because such a result will help us to move closer to qualifying for the next round in first place,” Keita said.
“We always play to win, but we cannot always win with a 5-0 result as this is very difficult. What is more important is to play well and get good results from now until the end of the season.”
