With Manchester City’s trip to Stamford Bridge stealing most of this weekend’s headlines, we have a stacked Sunday schedule on the cards.

For those of you looking to stick on a Premier League flutter, we have taken an in-depth look at some of the best available betting markets.

Sunday, November 12th

14:00 Brighton vs Sheffield United

Claiming what was an essential Europa League victory on foreign soil earlier in the week as they secured a 2-0 victory away at Dutch giants Ajax, Brighton will be desperate to use that performance as a platform to build on. While the Seagulls might still be trying to find some recent domestic stability, they will certainly be smelling a golden chance here.

Still gaining a string of plaudits since they appointed Roberto De Zerbi last year, Sunday’s hosts have their sights firmly set on clinching another top-six finish this season.

Winning just a pair of their previous nine appearances across all formats – a run that stems back to a 3-1 victory at home against Bournemouth on September 24th – the former Sassuolo boss has undeniably handed a golden chance this weekend.

Not suffering a single domestic defeat at the Amex since the end of August, Brighton will be looking to cash in on a Sheffield United squad who still find themselves at the heart of a major relegation scrap.

While the Blades might have finally put a first Premier League victory on the board last weekend as they snatched a hugely controversial 2-1 win at home against Wolves, Sunday’s guests are facing a real uphill battle.

Still sat rock-bottom of the table and tipped as a landslide contender to be hit with an immediate Championship return this season, Pau; Heckingbottom’s side have quickly gained a reputation for their rather glaring issues at the back.

Already shipping 30 Premier League goals in their first 11 showdowns this season, United have also lost all of their first five away fixtures against top-flight opposition.

Two sides who already find themselves battling it out at opposite ends of the standings, Heckingbottom’s men will be bracing themselves for a heavyweight challenge on the south coast.

Brighton vs Sheffield United United Best Betting Markets:

  • Brighton to score in both halves @ 11/10 with 1xBet
  • Ansu Fati to score anytime @ 8/5 with BetUS
  • Oliver Norwood to be shown a card @ 7/2 with Pribet

14:00 Liverpool vs Brentford

Suffering what was Europa League frustration out in France earlier in the week as they eventually fell to a 3-2 loss at the hands of Toulouse, Liverpool will certainly be seeking an immediate response here. Still with their sights firmly set on securing a crucial top-four return this season, Sunday’s hosts will also be excited by the prospect of a return to Anfield here.

Despite being forced to settle for a 1-1 stalemate away at relegation scrappers Luton last weekend, the former Borussia Dortmund boss has seen his squad suffer just a single Premier League defeat since opening up the 2023/24 campaign.

Getting this weekend’s fixtures underway sat third in the standings and already putting 24 points on the board, Liverpool have also continued to shine with their performances at Anfield.

Including a 3-0 romp against Nottingham Forest when signing off October, it is worth highlighting that Klopp’s men have won all of their first eight showdowns in front of their own supporters so far this season.

Although Brentford might make the trip to Merseyside this weekend tipped as a real underdog pick, the Bees are enjoying a recent flurry.

Last seen mounting a stellar comeback on home soil as they eventually snatched a 3-2 victory at home against reigning Europa Conference League champions West Ham, Thomas Frank’s men have won each of their previous three Premier League appearances.

Skyrocketing up the table and with their recent purple patch underlined by a 2-0 win away at west London rivals Chelsea, Brentford have also found a recent clinical edge.

Notching eight strikes on their three-match winning run, some in Frank’s camp could be smelling the chance to spring a famous upset at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.

Liverpool vs Brentford Best Betting Markets:

  • Both teams to score @ 7/10 with Olympusbet
  • Christian Norgaard to be shown a card @ 9/4 with Dachbet
  • Mohamed Salah to score anytime @ 21/20 with Luckster

16:30 Chelsea vs Manchester City

Cruising their way to the Champions League knockout stage earlier in the week as they cruised their way to a routine 3-0 romp against Young Boys, Manchester City are in the midst of a stellar purple patch. Really firing in all cylinders since returning from October’s international break, Pep Guardiola’s side will certainly have their sights set on laying down another domestic marker here.

Last seen in Premier League action storming their way to a 6-1 victory against relegation scrappers Bournemouth, the former Barcelona boss finds his superstar squad tipped as a leading contender to make more history this season.

Becoming the first English club since 1999 to be crowned treble champions last season, Guardiola’s side have won each of their previous five appearances across all competitions.

Holding a fearsome reputation for their free-scoring performances in the final third, City have notched a staggering 17 strikes on their recent five-match winning run.

While Chelsea might have eventually handed Tottenham a first Premier League defeat of the season thanks to a remarkable 4-1 victory on Monday night, Mauricio Pochettino’s side have struggled to find any real stability at Stamford Bridge.

Despite sneaking their way into the top-half, Sunday’s hosts know that they face a major uphill battle in their bid to claim a top-four finish this year.

Along with signing off October with a 2-0 loss at the hands of west London rivals Brentford, the former Spurs boss has seen his inconsistent squad win just one of their last five Premier League contests on home soil.

Likewise, losing each of their previous six contests against City by an aggregate score of 10-0, Pochettino’s men are set for a stern examination here.

Chelsea vs Manchester City Betting Markets:

  • Manchester City win @ 8/11 with Vegas Land
  • Moises Caicedo to be shown a card @ 2/1 with Olympusbet
  • Erling Haaland to score anytime @ 1/1 with BetUS
