The Mirror understands that Swansea City will attempt to sign Andy King from Leicester City on a permanent deal if they avoid relegation.
The twenty-nine year old secured a loan move to the South Wales outfit on transfer deadline after ten years with the Foxes, during which time he helped them win League One, the Championship and the Premier League.
Since switching to the Swans, he has played just three times though he is already of the mark having scored in the 4-1 win over West Ham United earlier this month.
He scored sixty-two goals in three hundred and seventy-eight appearances for the East Midlands club and was named their Players’ Player of the Year in both 2010 and 2011.
Internationally he has been capped forty-two times for Wales, scoring twice and was part of the squad that reached the semi-finals of the 2016 European Championships in France.
