French giants Lille are set to complete the deal to sign Portuguese striker Eder from Swansea, according to L’Equipe.
Having failed to impress at the Liberty Stadium, the 28-year-old was allowed to leave the club and he is now set to sign for Lille on loan until the end of the season.
Eder has now arrived at Domaine de Luchin training center, where he will undergo medical examination before penning a contract with les Dogues.
Marseille and Genoa were also showing interest in the Portugal international, but he eventually opted to join Lille.
Meanwhile, les Dogues were ready to make a move on Haris Seferovic and Emmanuel Riviere had they failed to agree a deal for Eder, but have now ended interest in the two attackers.
Eder had joined Swansea from Sporting Braga last summer, but couldn’t score a single goal in 13 Premier League appearances for the Liberty Stadium outfit.
