Switzerland host Moldova in this evening’s international friendly, and are expected to come out on top in their pre-Euro 2016 preparations. The Reds and Whites haven’t been in the best form ahead of tonight’s clash, but Moldova’s struggles should see Switzerland getting back to winning ways.

The Swiss national team have suffered three defeats on the bounce, losing out to the Republic of Ireland, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Belgium, but they will be desperate to put that right before the start of the European Championships this month.

Prior to their disappointing run, Switzerland had picked up wins against Estonia and Austria, and given the strength of their squad ahead of tonight’s game, they will be a tough team for Moldova to break down.

The visitors haven’t been in the best shape themselves with wins being even more sparse of late. Four defeats from their last six, coupled with a gulf in class between the two sides, sees them as underdogs.
