Competition: World Cup
Market: Switzerland to win against Ecuador
Odds: 7/5 @ William Hill

Switzerland are the favourites to get all three points tonight in their opening Group E game. The Swiss side is very recognisable with the likes of Wolfsburg ’keeper Diego Benaglio and his teammate left back Ricardo Rodriguez making up to of the back five. Fabian Schar of FC Basel will line up alongside Hamburg’s Yohan Dourou, with Juventus’ Stephane Lichtsteiner on the right.

Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Granit Xhaka should partner Gokhan Inler of Napoli in the engine room, with the more attacking roles are expected to be handed out to Xherdan Shaqiri (Bayern Munich), Valentin Stocker (FC Basel), Admir Mehmedi (Frieburg), with Josip Drmic (Nurnburg) spearheading the attack.

For Ecuador, they have the usual suspects of Jefferson Montero (Morelia) and Antonio Valencia (Man Utd) on either flank, with Felipe Caicedo (Locomotiv Moscow) up front.

William Hill are giving odds of 7/5 for the Schweizer Nati to beat their South American opponents today. It’s worth noting that the Swiss have beaten the likes of Brazil in one of their last four friendlies, while getting a result versus Croatia and Jamaica too.

Bet: Switzerland to see past Ecuador in Group E @ 7/5 with William Hill >>
