Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has been offered a new five year contact with the club, the Mail Online understands.
The Poland international, who won his fifteenth international cap in his sides 2-0 defeat to England last week, has started the campaign in impressive form, which has helped the Gunners to the top of the Premier League.
Arsene Wenger had been reportedly on the lookout for a new number one in the summer, with Barcelona keeper Victor Valdes and Pepe Reina, now on loan at Napoli both linked with a move to North London.
However, Szczesny has gone on to play every minute of the clubs games in both the Premier League and Champions League so far this season.
The 23 year old is set to start this evening’s clash with Borussia Dortmund at the Emirates, and the home side are available at a price of 15/4 to win the game without conceding.
