QPR midfielder Adel Taarabt has moved to suggest that he is likely to remain at San Siro beyond the current season.
The Moroccan joined the Rossoneri in a shock loan move from the Championship side in the winter transfer window, but he in turn enjoyed a very good start to his career in Italy.
Following some promising displays in the Champions League and Serie A, Taarabt is being linked with a permanent switch to San Siro.
And the player has now confirmed that his representative has been speaking to the club about a permanent move.
“My agent is already talking to Milan, as I am very happy here,” the Moroccan told Mediaset. “I played important games, I really like Italy and I want to stay with Milan.”
The 24-year-old has made a total of nine appearances for the Rossoneri since arriving in January, starting eight of those games and scoring two league goals.
Milan boss Clarence Seedorf as well as club officials are perfectly happy with his contribution so far and they plan to turn his loan deal into permanent switch.
