Teplice held at Slavia Prague

Teplice’s first place in the Czech top flight may come under pressure after a goalless draw at Slavia Prague on Saturday.

Fifth-placed Slavia hosted Teplice at Prague’s Synot Tip Arena, and could have used a win themselves in order to close on fourth place, which gives access to European football.

But neither side got what they hoped for in the Czech capital city, as the final result was a disappointing 0-0 draw.

As such, Sparta Prague get the chance to reduce the gap with Teplice to just one point in an away match to Mlada Boleslav on Sunday.
