West Ham United are lining up a sensational move for Chelsea captain John Terry, according to the Daily Star.
The long serving centre-back is set to leave Stamford Bridge at the end of the season, with a new deal unlikely to be offered by the fallen Premier League champions.
Terry has previously stated that he would not move to one of the Blues’ rivals with a move to the MLS a more likely option.
Aside from a brief loan spell at Nottingham Forest in the year 2000, the ex-England captain has spent his entire career with the Blues and has won four Premier League titles, five FA Cups, three League Cups, the Europa League and the Champions League.
The thirty-five year old is likely to make his seven-hundredth appearance for Chelsea as Guus Hiddink’ s side travel to Southampton on Saturday, with the away win priced at 6/4.
