Tevez linked with early Boca return

Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport claims that Juventus forward Carlos Tevez is seriously thinking about joining Boca Juniors in the summer.

The highly rated footballer has long ago revealed his plans to return to La Bombonera when his current contract expires in June 2016, but the latest reports suggest he could move back to Argentine one year ahead of schedule.

With Boca Juniors slowly assembling a star-studded squad and Tevez eager to be closer to his family, a summer switch to Buenos Aires may be on the cards.

Juventus chiefs are unlikely to be impressed with the latest reports as the Argentine has had a major role to play in club’s recent success, and it remains to be seen whether they will allow him to join La Xeneize at the end of the current season.

Carlos Tevez has been in scintillating form this term, bagging 24 goals in 36 competitive outings for the Bianconeri.
