(GSM) – Manchester City star Carlos Tevez is set to miss Saturday’s Premier League trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers, his club has announced.
Tevez was forced to leave the pitch in the second half during City’s defeat at the hands of Arsenal after suffering a dead leg.
Manager Roberto Mancini has hoped the Argentinian would play against the Wolves despite the club’s assurances that the injury is not serious.
The 26-year-old is expected to return to training next week.
Meanwhile the ‘homesick’ forward has been given permission to travel to Argentina to visit his family but he will report back to the club on Monday.
