Theo Hernandez scores wonderful solo goal to put AC Milan within touching distance of Scudetto (Video)

AC Milan have beaten Atalanta in the 37th round of the Serie A season by 2-0 today (Sunday), courtesy of a 56th-minute strike by Raphael Leao and this superb goal from Theo Hernandez 19 minutes later.

With these three points, the Rossoneri have pulled away from city rivals Inter by five, and if the Nerazzurri fail to beat Cagliari later in the evening, Milan will be crowned champions for the first time since 2010-11.
