Thomas Delaney set for Borussia Dortmund switch

Borussia Dortmund are readying summer bid for Werder Bremen midfielder Thomas Delaney, Bild can reveal.

The Millionaires are reportedly close to agreeing deals for Marwin Hitz and Stephan Lichtsteiner, and they are slowly turning their attention towards the Denmark international.

Delaney has largely impressed since joining Werder Bremen from FC Copenhagen, producing 7 goals and 6 assists in 44 Bundesliga outings.

He recently scored in a 1-1 draw against Borussia Dortmund, thus further improving his chances of moving to Signal-Iduna Park.

And even though Werder Bremen are not too keen on selling their prized asset, chances are they will not be able to reject a big money offer from BVB.
