After striking gold with Jadon Sancho last summer, the Bundesliga heavyweights Borussia Dortmund continue to keep track of English talents.
The latest name to emerge as a potential BVB target is Bobby Duncan of Liverpool. The talented 17-year-old is Steven Gerrard’s cousin and a youngster rated very highly by Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
Duncan is only one of the three English youngsters Daily Mirror claims Borussia Dortmund are keeping a close eye on.
The Bundesliga behemoths are also in the running for Callum Hudson-Odoi, the Under17 world champion and a highly promising Chelsea winger. He made only one competitive appearance under Maurizio Sarri this season but his superb preseason exploits were enough to attract attention from BVb but also RB Leipzig and AS Monaco.
The third name to be linked with a possible January switch to Borussia Dortmund is Manchester City starlet Phil Foden.
Pep Guardiola is a huge admirer of Phil Foden’s talents and is unlikely to sanction a move away from City. Foden has yet to be fully introduced as a regular first-team member at the Etihad but is widely expected to sign a new deal with the club.
