According to Fabrizio Romano, Mario Gotze currently has three options on his table if he is to leave PSV Eindhoven this summer.
Eintracht Frankfurt are keen to bring him back to Germany, Benfica want him in Lisbon, while Inter Miami are keen to take him across the Atlantic and have him play in the MLS. All three clubs are willing to trigger the buyout clause in his contract with PSV, apparently set at just €4 million.

Having played for a couple of clubs at a very young age, Gotze joined the youth setup at Borussia Dortmund and broke into the first-team squad in 2010. He was a big part of the team commanded by Jurgen Klopp that won consecutive Bundesliga titles in the seasons that followed, the last occasions when the crown of German football was anywhere that’s not with Bayern Munich.
In 2013, he broke the hearts of the Dortmund faithful by joining Pep Guardiola’s ranks at Bayern, but things went horribly wrong for him from that point on with frequent injuries hampering his ability to contribute. He returned to the Signal Iduna Park in 2016, but he wasn’t the same player they once knew anymore, and four years later, he signed for PSV as a free agent.
