Borussia M’gladbach announced on their official Twitter account that they had sold French defender Timothee Kolodziejczak to Tigres UANL.
The Mexican club had an offer accepted by die Fohlen just few hours ahead of the transfer deadline on Tuesday and eventually signed the 25-year-old on a three-year deal.
Kolodziejczak is the third Frenchman to join Tigres UANL in recent years, following in the footsteps of Andre-Pierre Gignac and Andy Delort.
The left-sided defender only joined Borussia M’galdbach in January 2017, but he largely struggled for playing time, making just one substitute appearance.
Kolodziejczak had made a name for himself at Sevilla, while also representing Lens, Lyon and Nice in native France.
