There are rumours swirling around almost every player at Manchester United these days, perhaps owing to the style of management that Jose Mourinho employs, but it seems almost certain that there will be a mass exodus of sorts from Old Trafford in the summer.
One man who could be going the other way however is Real Madrid star Toni Kroos, according to the Manchester Evening News, who is reportedly keen on a move amidst rumours linking him with a switch to the Premier League giants.
Kroos has been a stalwart in the midfield of a frighteningly successful Real Madrid side for a number of seasons now, and even during this campaign, in which Los Blancos have struggled massively, the German international has still registered four goals and four assists in 19 La Liga games.
With Paul Pogba not in Mourinho’s good books, Michael Carrick set to retire at the end of the season, and the futures of both Ander Herrera and Marouane Fellaini in doubt, Kroos could be the perfect addition to Manchester United’s squad.
