Toni to stay at Bayern Munich

Luca Toni’s agent insists the Italian striker will not be leaving Bayern Munich this summer.

Toni has been linked with a move away from the Bundesliga side, following the arrivals of Ivica Olic and Mario Gomez so far this summer.

“Luca Toni will stay at Bayern 100%,” Toni’s agent, Tullio Tinti told German newspaper Tageszeitung. “He’s a Bayern player and will continue to be that. All the rumours are pure invention, they have nothing to do with reality.”

Palmeiras forward Keirrison has been linked with a move to the German side.

“I’ve watched a few games to see him, both with Coritiba and Palmeiras,” said Keirrison’s agent, Giovane Elber, to Terra, “and I liked what I saw. I referred him to Bayern’s management.”
