Turin-based media outlet Tuttosport has suggested that Torino are eyeing a January swoop for Roma forward Adem Ljajic.
I Granata stayed without two very important attackers in the summer as both Ciro Immobile and Alessio Cerci left, and while Fabio Quagliarella has done well since joining from rivals Juventus, boss Giampiero Ventura is still in the market for attacking reinforcements.
According to Tuttosport, Torino have made Roma’s Adem Ljajic their number one target, although persuading the player to move to Stadio Olimpico di Torino will be no easy task.
The Serbian is not a first team regular with the Giallorossi, but he is playing Champions League football and helping his side vie for the Serie A title.
If they are to have any chance of landing Adem Ljajic in January, I Granata need to secure progress into the Europa League knockout stages, and they are in a good position to qualify in spite of the 2-1 loss at Helsinki.
