Competition: Serie A
Market: Draw at Torino vs AC Milan
Odds: 21/10 @ Bet365
After crashing out of the Europa League against Arenal last month, AC Millan are now firmly in a battle to secure European football for the San Siro.
For former Watford boss Walter Mazzarri, Torino are now once again cruising towards a midtable finish and have transformed into Serie A’s draw specialists, with 13 draws this season, no team in Italy has picked up a single point more times than Torino. If the Bull’s do want to mount a late charge up the table they will need forward Iago Falque to find his touch once again. Although Falque has 11 goals all season, the 28-year-old has two goals in his last 10 appearances. However, Torino are now are coming off the back of a 0-0 draw with Chievo and are unbeaten in their last five Serie A outings.
As for Gennaro Gattuso’s side, with their Europa League dreams gone for another year, AC Milan will know they must improve on their recent form if they want to bring European football to the San Siro. Coming off their own draw with Napoli, Rossoneri have now drawn their last three matches on the bounce. A draw between the two sides has also turned into a recent trend when AC Milan meet Torino. While AC have not lost to the Bulls since November 2001, the two sides have drawn their last two meetings and have drawn six of their last 10 meetings in all competitions.
