Liverpool striker Fernando Torres will start for Spain against Honduras in their Group H match at Ellis Park on Monday as the Euro 2008 champions look to get their World Cup back on track.
Spain were humbled 1-0 by Switzerland in their opening match and coach Vicente Del Bosque has made two changes with Barcelona’s Andres Iniesta dropping out for Torres and Jesus Navas taking over from David Silva.
Navas comes in on the right wing, while Torres is upfront alongside Valencia’s David Villa.
Arsenal’s Cesc Fabregas starts on the bench.
Honduras coach Reinaldo Rueda has made three changes to the side which was beaten 1-0 by Chile, forwards David Suazo and Walter Martinez start alongside midfielder Danilo Turcios on the right wing.
