Turkish radio station Radyospor reports that the Premier League runners-up Tottenham Hotspur have struck a deal for the 19-yeat-old wonderkid Ceniz Under.
Dubbed the ‘Turkish Dybala’, Under has been closely followed by a couple of top Premier League sides, including Tottenham and Manchester United, but the Spurs have apparently won the race for the Basaksehir starlet.
Talented forward had a brilliant breakthrough season in Turkey, having been directly involved in 16 goals – scoring nine and assisting other seven. Under was the major part of his team’s wonderful campaign which saw Basaksehir finish the season in second place in the standings and reach the Turkish Cup final.
Under joined Basaksehir from the second-tier side Altinordu last summer and could already make another giant leap if reports from Turkey turn out to be true.
Tottenham will reportedly fork out as much as £8 million for the player who shares similarities both in looks and in style of play with the Juventus star Paolo Dybala.
