Zenit defender Tomas Hubocan is followed by a number of Europe’s top clubs, according to the player’s agent.
The 27-year-old has been playing at a very high level for a couple of years now, and is heavily linked with a move to one of Europe’s top leagues.
Russian newspaper Izvestia has been told that clubs like Tottenham, Inter, Newcastle and Napoli are all keen on the experienced defender.
“Yes, we have contacts with English and Italian clubs,” the player’s representative Michal Holescak said to Izvestia.
“We regularly receive a lot of calls from various European sides, but there have been no concrete proposals.
”Tottenham, Newcastle, Napoli and Inter are tracking Tomas.”
The Slovakian international began his career at MSK Zilina and was sold to Zenit in February 2008 after making just 38 league appearances for the Slovakian club.
Hubocan, however, was seeing little playing time under Dick Advocaat and Anatoly Davydov, but the arrival of Luciano Spalletti changed everything.
He quickly established himself as a first team regular at the club and has since been producing excellent displays in both Russian Premier League and Champions League.
