Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Rubin Kazan in the summer transfer window, according to Calciomercato. The report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that Serie A outfit Napoli are keen on the winger as well, with the Neapolitan club looking at him as a possible replacement for Lorenzo Insigne this summer.
Russian Premier League club Rubin Kazan are open to selling Kvaratskhelia in the summer transfer window, but they want at least €15 million. It is a relatively low fee for a club with the financial strength of Tottenham, and that may be an advantage for the North London club over Napoli.
Kvaratskhelia, who Cana also play as an attacking midfielder, has made 17 starts and two substitute appearances in the Russian Premier League so far this season, scoring two goals and giving four assists in the process.
