According to the Daily Mail, twenty year old Bolivan striker Marcelo Moreno has recently revealed an offer made by Tottenham to sign him. However he also mentioned that the offer which was made did not match the asking price.
Moreno who will turn 21 this summer has been impressive for Cruzeiro having scored 8 goals in the Copa Libertadores this season to take his goal tally to 19 in just 32 games for the Brazilian team.
Juande Ramos will be keen to bring in a talented striker after previously stating that star player Dimitar Berbatov might not be at White Hart Lane next season with Europe’s biggest clubs chasing the Bulgarian forward.
