Tottenham eyeing Paco Alcacer

Tottenham Hotspur are being linked with a move for Valencia hotshot Paco Alcacer, according to Daily Mirror.

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is not too satisfied with his current attacking options that include Emmanuel Adebayor, Roberto Soldado and Harry Kane, and he is expected to address the issue in the January window.

Daily Mirror has suggested that Spurs are weighing up a winter swoop for Valencia starlet Paco Alcacer.

Despite impressing at Mestalla, the 21-year-old should be available for some £15 million as that is believed to be the amount of his release clause.

Paco Alcacer has come through the youth ranks at Valencia, and he started showing plenty of promise last season, bagging 6 goals in 27 league outings.

The youngster has since nailed down a regular starting berth and already has 4 goals in 5 games this season.

Alcacer was handed his Spain debut in the friendly against France before starting and scoring one goal in the Euro 2016 qualifier against FYR Macedonia.
