Tottenham go after Ziyech

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be the frontrunners in the race to try and sign Hakim Ziyech from Dutch giants Ajax during next summer’s transfer window. The expectation is that Tottenham will lose Christian Eriksen either next summer or even during the upcoming January transfer window, with Ziyech being viewed as the ideal replacement for the Danish sensation. 

Lorenzo Pellegrini has also been floated around as a suggestion, but beyond that, it certainly feels like there are plenty of options out there for Spurs. When it comes to Ziyech there is said to be a great deal of competition that the North London outfit will face, with AC Milan, Roma and Napoli all attempting to bring him over to Serie A. 

Whatever the case may be it feels like there’s going to be a lot of change at Spurs over the next few months – even more so than there already has been.
