Tottenham Hotspur travel to the Ghelamco Arena to face Gent in the first leg of tonight’s Europa League last-32 clash, and are favourites to come out on top to take an aggregate lead into the second leg to be played at White Hart Lane.

Hosts Gent made the last-32 of the Europa League after finishing second in Group H with eight points from the six games. They conceded more goals than they scored in the group and are coming off the back of poor form which may play into the hands of Tottenham Hotspur – failing to win three of their last four in all competitions.

As for the visitors, Spurs were unceremoniously dumped out of the Champions League group stages which resulted in them dropping into the Europa League last-32. The Londoners finished third in Group E with seven points, suffering three defeats, and have failed to win their last three away games.
