According to France Football, as relayed by Sport Witness, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are interested in signing Paulo Dybala from Juventus in the summer transfer window. It has been reported that Premier League duo Tottenham and Chelsea would be willing to spend between €50 million and €55 million as transfer fee to secure the services of the Argentina international attacking player.
