Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing former Manchester United forward Memphis Depay in the summer transfer widow, according to FC Inter News. Spanish giants Barcelona and Italian champions Inter Milan are also interested in the Netherlands international.
Depay is leaving Lyon this summer after his contract at the French clubs comes to an end. The Netherlands international forward moved to Lyon from Manchester United in 2017 after struggling to make an impact at Old Trafford during his two seasons there.
The 27-year-old has revived his career at Lyon and is now at the top of his game. The attacker scores goals and creates chances for his teammates, and his ability on the ball and pace would make him a good signing for any top club in Europe. Spurs may want Depay, but Barcelona and Inter are bigger clubs and can offer the Dutchman Champions League football next season.
