Tottenham Hotspur considering Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Jarrad Branthwaite from Premier League rivals Everton in the January transfer window, according to The Daily Mail. The report has claimed that Spurs are considering a bid for the 21-year-old English centre-back.

Branthwaite has been on the books of Everton since 2020 and has established himself as an important player in manager Sean Dyche’s side. The England Under-21 international has made 20 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career, scoring one goal and keeping three clean sheets in the process.

Tottenham are fourth in the Premier League table at the moment with 26 points from 12 matches, two points behind leaders and defending champions Manchester City. Meanwhile, Everton currently find themselves second from bottom in the league table with four points from 12 matches, two points behind Luton Town in 17th.
