Tottenham Hotspur in talks with Son Heung-min over new contract

Tottenham Hotspur are in talks with Son Heung-min over a new contract, according to 90min. Son is under contract at Tottenham until 2025, and the Premier League club are keen on keeping him at the club for longer.

The report has claimed that Tottenham are already locked in talks with Son over a new contract. Although the North London outfit hope to reach a deal by Christmas, things could be sorted in a matter of week. Son was made the new Tottenham captain in the summer, and he is one of the best players for the team.

Son has made 273 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. The South Korea international has scored 106 goals and given 52 assists in those games. Tottenham are second in the league table at the moment with 13 points from five matches, two points behind leaders and defending champions Manchester City.
