Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Joshua King from Bournemouth in the summer transfer window, according to The Sun. It has been reported by the British tabloid that Spurs are looking at the Norway international after missing out on Ollie Watkins to Aston Villa.
Spurs need to sign a striker this summer, as they cannot rely on just Harry Kane. The England international had injury problems last season, and the North London outfit have to find a player upfront to support him. Tottenham missed out on the Premier League top four and will be looking to clinch a Champions League place.
King scored six goals and provided four assists in 26 Premier League matches for Bournemouth last season, while during the 2018-19 campaign, he scored 12 goals and provided three assists in 35 league games, according to WhoScored. Bournemouth are playing in the Championship this season after getting relegated from the Premier League.
