Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Adama Traore from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers in the January transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. The Spain international winger is out of contract at Wolves at the end of the season, and Tottenham are keen on bringing him to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the middle of the season.
The report has claimed that Traore has been a long-term target of Tottenham. Spurs wanted to sign the winger in January 2022, but he moved to Barcelona on loan instead. The North London club have maintained their interest in the 26-year-old, who could be convinced to leave Wolves now.
Traore has made six starts and nine substitute appearances in the Premier League for Wolves so far this season, scoring one goal in the process. The Wolves no. 37 has made two starts and one substitute appearance in the Carabao Cup for the Wanderers so far this campaign, scoring one goal in the process.
