Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Marc Guehi from London and Premier League rivals Crystal Palace, according to The Sun. The report has claimed that Spurs head coach Ange Postecoglou is keen on bringing in a new centre-back in the January transfer window, and that Guehi is on the North London club’s radar.
However, Palace are not keen on selling Guehi in the middle of the season. The Sun has claimed that the Eagles want a massive fee for the 23-year-old England international central defender, and that Spurs may not be too keen on coughing up that kind of money.
Tottenham are fourth in the Premier League table at the moment with 36 points from 18 matches. The North London club are four points behind leaders and North London rivals Arsenal. Meanwhile, Palace currently find themselves 15th in the league table with 18 points from 18 games, six points above the bottom three.
