Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, according to Fichajes. Calvert-Lewin is out of contract at Everton at the end of the season, and Premier League rivals Tottenham are keen on snapping up the striker on a free transfer.
Calvert-Lewin has been on the books of Everton since 2016. The 27-year-old striker has had injury problems over the years, but when fit and firing, he is a very good player to have in the team. The Englishman has scored 55 goals and given 15 assists in 216 appearances in the Premier Leagues so far in his career.
Tottenham are 10th in the Premier League table at the moment with four points from three matches, three points behind fourth-placed Arsenal. As for Everton, the Toffees are at the foot of the standings with no points from three games and are in real danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the campaign.
