Tottenham Hotspur are monitoring Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca, according to Gazzetta dello Sport. The Italian publication have claimed that Tottenham are looking at Scamacca as a potential alternative to Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic.
Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that two major clubs are interested in Scamacca, and one of them is Tottenham. Spurs managing director of football Fabio Paratici is looking at a number of strikers, and one of them is Scamacca.
Scamacca has made eight starts and nine substitute appearances in Serie A for Sassuolo so far this season. The 22-year-old has scored five goals in those games. Scamacca would be a good signing for Tottenham in the long run. Harry Kane is the first-choice striker at Spurs at the moment, and that is not going to change anytime soon.
