Tottenham interested in Rudiger

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in trying to sign Antonio Rudiger on loan from Chelsea.

Paris Saint-Germain are still in talks to bring Rudiger over to Ligue 1 and after having two bids rejected by Tottenham for Dele Alli, you’d have to imagine they’ll be eager to beat them to the punch with this particular transfer.

Rudiger has been left out in the cold at Stamford Bridge and while Chelsea are willing to loan him out, they’d prefer that it be to a foreign club as opposed to a direct rival of theirs.

Chelsea appear to be in the early stages of sorting out their defensive issues, and yet, Rudiger doesn’t seem to even remotely be part of those plans. Jose Mourinho hasn’t been shy about bringing new faces into the club in North London and he won’t hesitate to make a move for Rudiger before Deadline Day.
