Tottenham interested in Sarri

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Tottenham Hotspur are still interested in bringing Maurizio Sarri to the club.

Ever since Jose Mourinho departed from his role as manager in North London, questions have been raised as to what could come next for them. Some feel as if Ryan Mason, who has taken temporary charge, has what it takes to take over on a permanent basis.

Others have sat back and waited to see how things play out, especially with just a few games left in the Premier League season.

Sarri, formerly of Juventus and Chelsea, is well known for being a controversial figure – which could either entice or scare Spurs supporters given their recent history.

However, it may be taken out of their hands entirely as Sarri is also in talks with Roma about potentially replacing Paulo Fonseca.

Either way, Tottenham’s managerial troubles aren’t going anywhere for the time being.
