Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi could be the subject of a January bid from Tottenham, reports Metro.
The 28-year-old has faced a real battle to hold on to his starting berth following the arrival of Edinson Cavani and he is reportedly hoping to leave the Saints in January.
And while a return to Italian Serie A remains a realistic possibility, Lavezzi is also being linked with a move to Tottenham.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas believes the Argentine would add a new dimension to team’s front line and he is pondering a £15 million bid for the player’s services.
Ezequiel Lavezzi has scored just one goal in eight league matches this term, although he recently bagged a brace as Argentina recorded a 3-1 victory over Peru.
Meanwhile, Tottenham have slipped to sixth following the home defeat to West Ham, but Spurs can still be backed at 11/8 to achieve a top 4 finish.
