Tottenham Hotspur are having some goalkeeping issues this season. Hugo Lloris got injured in the game against Brighton and Hove Albion and he will be out for a few months. Paulo Gazzaniga is still not the obvious heir to the World Cup-winning Frenchman and Spurs also signed on a free transfer Michel Vorm midway through the season.
But now there are reports in English media about Tottenham looking to sign a new goalkeeper. According to the Sun, Spurs want to get Andre Onana from Ajax, as a replacement for the injured Lloris. The Frenchman will be out of contention until 2020 with his elbow injury and the Cameroon international could be a good option for the London-based club.
He might not be a cheap solution, but Spurs apparently feel they could get him either in January or in the next summer transfer window. Ajax would want around £30m for their goalkeeper.
