Tottenham are lining up France boss Laurent Blanc to replace Harry Redknapp, The Sun has revealed.
The Spurs were linked with the former Bordeaux coach soon after Harry Redknapp was relieved of his post, but they waited for France to be eliminated from the Euro 2012 before making a concrete move.
Now that les Bleus have crashed out of the tournament, Tottenham are ready to launch an assault on the talented manager.
Blanc has done remarkably well to get the national team back on track after taking over from Raymond Domenech, but he is unlikely to continue as France boss.
The highly rated tactician is disappointed by the lack of support from the public in France and is seriously considering his options.
Tottenham president Daniel Levy has been impressed by Blanc and he believes the former Manchester United defender has what it takes to succeed at White Hart Lane.
