Il Corriere dello Sport understands that Tottenham Hotspur are hot on the trail of Juventus striker Simone Zaza.
Spurs reinforced their attack with the likes of Heung-Min Son and Clinton N’Jie this summer, but they still lack the proper replacement for star striker Harry Kane.
And it appears they are ready to address the issue in the winter transfer window, with Tottenham reportedly looking at Juventus forward Simone Zaza.
The 24-year-old returned to Turin from Sassuolo in the summer transfer window, but he could find it hard to secure regular playing time with Alvaro Morata, Mario Mandzukic and Paulo Dybala all in front of him in the pecking order.
As a result, Tottenham may offer the Italy international a way out of Juventus Arena, although Zaza is unlikely to come on the cheap.
After sharing spoils with Borussia M’gladbach, the Bianconeri can be backed at 8/11 to finish top of Group D.
