Roman Pavlyuchenko isn`t happy at Tottenham Hotspur and Zenit St Petersburg is aware of his problems. The Russian giants want to offer him a comeback to Russia in January.

Pavlyuchenko joined Tottenham Hotspur from Spartak Moscow in the summer of 2008. The long striker never managed to live up to his expectations.

This year, the 27-year-old is fourth choice in attack for Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp who prefers Jermain Defoe, Robbie Keane and Peter Crouch ahead of Pavlyuchenko.

Considering his position at White Hart Lane, Pavlyuchenko is destined to move on with as transfer to Zenit the most likely option.
