West Ham have made Scott Parker available for sale, according to Daily Mail.
The England international has had a remarkable season even though his West Ham were relegated from the top flight and he has no shortage of offers at the moment.
Tottenham are reportedly very keen on the experienced midfielder and they will be delighted to hear that West Ham have decided to listen to offers for Parker as they look to trim down the huge wage bill.
New boss Sam Allardyce has yet to hold talks with the midfielder, but sources close to the club reveal that Parker will be allowed to leave for £7 million.
The Hammers have already signed a replacement for Parker in Kevin Nolan, so everything suggests that the England international will be sold this summer.
